Sloane Residences is a niche development of 52 luxurious residential units located within 2 kilometers of Orchard Road, Newton, and Novena. The 52 distinctive units of Sloane Residence are divided into three distinct unit types: 2-Bedroom Garden Suites; 3-Bedroom Premium Units; 4-Bedroom Luxury Units.

The hardscape echoes modern brutalist architecture. Colors drawn from natural elements such as wood and stone, with their vivid contrast eased by the lush flora that surrounds the complex. A sense of ‘freedom and tranquility’ pervades the environment from Level 1 through 4 on the Ground Scraper.

The tranquil and reflective pool spilling into a long sleek water weir after the drop off entry conveys a pleasant greeting to the occupants. As one travels through the garden, they will enjoy the calming sound of the water feature, which creates a pleasant wind.
